There is Natural Observational Park of Kitamoto and Saitama Prefectural Natural Study Center (http://www.pref.saitama.jp/A09/BD01/) in the park in Kitamoto City. It is surrounded by the Sakura --- cherry --- Bank of the Ara river, Ishito Kaba Sakura --- an old cherry ---, the children's park and Medical Center Hospital of Kitazato Institute. And it is marshy areas on a valley.
As I wander for a walking, I am excited by some encounter with living things.
I have met a raccoon dog only once. It was near the Kaba Sakura and Kitazato's Woods. It looked eating mulberry.
