Leonids 2001

The Leonids before dawn on November 19th, 2001, was a big meteor stream.

It was cloudy on 2002 in Saitama.

Aries, the Ram

"Uken". The Uken homepage made by graduates of Tokyo Metropolitan Nishi Senior High School. Uken is a nickname of "Uchu Kenkyu Bu". Uchu means outer space or the univers, Kenkyu means reserch or study, and Bu means club. Nishi is the west or western. Then, it commonly stands for astronomical club.

There is the name of "Astronomcal Club" on the page of "Club Activities". It is still alive! If you read the "Schedule for the Year" page, you can know the schedule for the school festival and the welcoming party for the newcomers.
